We stand behind our products and services 100%. Our goal is to make every customer satisfied and happy. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if an issue prevents the service from functioning properly and we are unable to resolve it, you may request a refund.

How to Request a Refund

  • To request a refund, please send us an email with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your transaction/order ID/email.
  • In your message, describe the issue you are experiencing and the reason for your request.
  • In some cases, we may ask for supporting evidence, and we may also share proof from our side to clarify the situation and explain our decision in full transparency.

Refund Conditions

  • We cannot issue refunds for technical issues unless you allow us to properly investigate and attempt to resolve them.
  • If we are unable to fix the issue within 72 hours, you will be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the purchase date. After that period, no refunds can be processed.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 20-31 business days for credit card payments, though in some cases it may take up to 90 days depending on the payment provider.
  • We are not responsible for processing delays caused by banks or payment platforms.
  • Refunds will be issued in full only if the purchase was made within 72 hours. Requests made after that time may qualify for a partial refund, based on the remaining subscription period.
  • Our support team will contact customers directly in all refund cases.

Note: Refunds are handled by our payment processors, not by us directly. We will submit the refund request as soon as it is verified on our end, but the final processing time (20-90 days) depends on the payment provider.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued If:

  • The user is unable to set up their own device, box, or application.

    Our support team will assist with setup using standard configuration steps, but we cannot be held responsible for issues caused by user-side equipment or configuration.

  • Some channels experience occasional freezing, buffering, or outages.

    Although our servers are stable, certain channels may experience temporary interruptions due to:

    • Internet instability on the customer's side
    • Device or app configuration issues
    • ISP-related problems
    • Temporary channel downtime from the source
    • Customer's personal choice to switch servers or cancel

If your IPTV service becomes completely unusable for more than 48 hours due to a server issue or a problem caused by us, we will either:

  • Provide a full refund, or
  • Extend your subscription for the lost time, plus an additional bonus (as agreed).
